If you are asked to send logs to support, you do that from the Prempoint mobile app.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap "Manage".
- Tap "Settings" in the middle of the screen.
- Find and tap on "Send Logs".
- In the email that comes up, please enter a description of the issue you encountered and what you did to encounter it, then send the email. Without this information, support cannot help you and will request it from you.
