If you are asked to send logs to support, you do that from the Prempoint mobile app.
NOTE: If you are sending logs from an iPhone, it is required to be done through Apple Mail. Apple has the limitation that apps cannot open other email clients with an attachment added to the email. This attachment is what contains the logs we need to see.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap "Manage".
- Tap "Settings" in the middle of the screen.
- Find and tap on "Send Logs".
- In the email that comes up, please enter a description of the issue you encountered and what you did to encounter it, then send the email. Without this information, support cannot help you and will request it from you.
