Audits generated by fob activity on a lock must be downloaded by the Prempoint mobile app in order to be visible in the web console activity list.
In order to download the full audit list, you must do this from the Device admin screen in the Prempoint mobile app. Only staff members with authority to the lock will be able to do this.

To download all audits using the Prempoint mobile app, do the following while physically in front of the lock:
- Tap on "Manage" at the bottom
- Tap on "Devices"
- Find the lock in question and tap on it
- Tap the "More" menu option
- Tap "Download Audits"
