Please note that deleting your Prempoint account will result in you losing access to any Units you've been assigned to and all your user data will be erased permanently. Signing up again with the same email will NOT result in regaining access to those Units and you will need your property manager to reassign you.
There are two ways to delete your Prempoint account. The first way is via the Prempoint mobile app.
- Tap on the "Manage" tab at the bottom.
- Tap on "Settings"
- Tap on "Remove Account" and follow the confirmation dialogs.
